温阳益气方对脾肾阳虚型便秘疗效和生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨温阳益气方对脾肾阳虚型便秘患者临床症状及生存质量的影响。方法:采用随机、对照的临床试验方法,治疗组和对照组各纳入24例患者,疗程为4周,观察两组治疗前后PAC-QOL积分及症状评分的变化。结果:温阳益气方治疗组总有效率为70.83%,莫沙必利组总有效率为41.60%;两组疗后PAC-QOL积分均较治疗前降低;治疗组在躯体不适、担心与焦虑和满意度3个方面及总分方面与对照组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);症状评分比较方面,治疗组各组症状评分均较治疗前下降,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,其中治疗组对排便费力程度和排便时间的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳益气方临床治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘有较好的疗效,能明显改善脾肾阳虚型便秘患者临床症状,提高生存质量。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Yiqi Formula on the quality of life of patients with spleen-kidney-yang deficiency constipation.Methods：A randomized and positive controlled was conducted for treatment of 48 patients with constipation.Patients were randomized into two groups.The trial group received Wenyang Yiqi Formula and the control group received Mosapride Citrate Tablets for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect was assessed based on the patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire（PAC-QOL） and the scores of symptoms.Results：The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 70.83% while the control group＇s total effective rate was 41.60%.After the treatment of the two groups,PAC-QOL scores were obviously improved.But compared with control group,the total score and scores on the 3 domains of PAC-QOL（malaise,anxiety and interest related to constipation） after 4 treatment courses were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.On the scores of symptoms,each group symptom scores of treatment group were decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）.Comparing the two groups after treatment,the treatment group＇s improvement of the defecation difficulty and defecation time degree were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Wenyang Yiqi Formula has been proved to be effective in the treatment of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency constipation,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life.
