摘　　要：目的:研究安息香总香脂酸的最佳提取工艺。方法:以总香脂酸含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法考察氢氧化钠溶液(Na OH)浓度、溶媒量、提取时间对安息香总香脂酸提取工艺的影响。结果:除提取时间外,Na OH浓度、溶剂量对其工艺有显著性影响,为主要因素。确定最佳工艺条件为15倍0.75 mol·L-1的氢氧化钠溶液回流提取1h。结论:该优选的提取工艺工艺科学合理,稳定可靠,提取效率高。Objective：To study the extraction process of total balsamic acids in Benzoinum.Methods：The orthogonal test method was used to arrange experiments to test the effect of three main factors including the concentration of Sodium hydroxide（Na OH）,the dosage of the solvent and extraction times with the content of total balsamic acids as index.Results：Except the extraction times,the concentration of Na OH and the volume of the solvent were main factors and they influenced the extraction process significantly.The optimal extraction process was refluxed with 15 times of 0.75 mol·L-1Na OH,extracting for 1 h.Conclusion：The optimized process is rational,stable and feasible with high extraction.
