摘 要:目的:通过对补骨脂生品及炮制品的HPLC指纹图谱研究,比较不同炮制方法对补骨脂有效成分含量变化的影响。方法:利用HPLC法,以Kromasil C18色谱柱作为分离柱;乙腈、0.3%冰乙酸为流动相,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长245 nm。结果:补骨脂炮制前后其所含化学成分的种类基本没有变化,主要色谱峰含量有所改变,盐炙法以下降为主;而雷公制和酒制以升高为主。结论:补骨脂的不同炮制方法对于其所含化学成分只有量变影响而无质变影响。Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprint of different process methods on Psoralea corylifolia L.,then to compare the effect on the effective composition content of Psoralea corylifolia L.processed by different methods.Methods:In this study,using high performance liquid chromatography with C18 column,UVdetection detectshistamine 245 nm,0.3% acetonitrile and ice acetic acid as mobile phase,with gradient elution.Results:Psoralea corylifolia L before and after processing the kinds of basic chemical composition did not change and its chromatographic peak of main content change,processed by salt is given priority to with falling; and processed by wine and Lei Gong are given priority to with increasing.Conclusion:The affects on chemical composition of different processing methods Psoralea corylifolia L.only have quantitative change and no qualitative change.
