当归拈痛汤及拆方对类风湿性关节炎大鼠血清IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究当归拈痛汤及其拆方对类风湿性节炎大鼠血清IL-6的影响,进一步深入探讨该药物的作用机制。方法:建立大鼠类风湿性关节炎实验模型,检测血清中相关炎性细胞因子IL-6的水平。结果:当归拈痛汤及其各拆方组可显著抑制SD大鼠过高的炎性细胞因子IL-6分泌,其中全方组明显强于拆方组,拆方1组作用强于拆方两组。结论:当归拈痛汤及拆方在类风湿性关节炎大鼠中具有下调致炎因子IL-6的作用,提示这与该药抑制实验性类风湿性关节炎病情进展密切相关。Objective：Study the effect of Danggui Niantong Decoction and decomposition study on IL-6 of rheumatoid Arthritis rat,and the mechanism of it.Methods：Take adjuvant induced arthritis rat as experiment mode,l treat with Danggui Niantong Decoction and its decomposition,observe the swelling of arthritis,IL-6.Results：Danggui Niantong Decoction and its decomposition can restrain the swelling of rat arthritis; restrain the express of IL-16.the effect of decomposition 1 is better than 2.Conclusion：Danggui Niantong Decoction and decomposition can decrease the express of IL-16.Of Arthritis rat,it has relation of restrain the development of Rheumatoid arthritis.
