急性脑血管病变患者80例临床分析和急救护理干预观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析急性脑血管疾病患者的急救护理措施和效果,为其临床应用和实践提供有效的理论依据。方法入选研究对象80例,均为2013年2月~2014年3月收治的急性脑血管病变患者,按照患者治疗期间接受的不同护理方案,将80例患者分为两组,对照组40例,临床期间给予常规护理干预,观察组患者80例,加强院前急救护理,比较两组患者的急救成功率和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的急救效果明显优于对照组,两组比较差异明显,P〈0.05;观察组患者的护理满意度为95%,对照组为85%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异明显,P〈0.05。结论加强急性脑血管病变患者院前快速、安全的急救护理,可有效的缩短患者的治疗时间,对其治疗和恢复具有重要的意义,应引起急诊护士的高度重视。Objective To study and analysis the first-aid nursing measures for patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and effect,to provide an effective theoretical basis for its clinical application and practice.Methods This study selected 80 subjects of the Communist Party of China,for the period 2013 February ~ 2014 years were admitted to our hospital in March of acute cerebral vascular disease patients,according to different nursing during the treatment plan patients,80 patients were divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,clinical intervention,observation group in 80 patients,to strengthen pre hospital emergency care,compared two groups of patients with the successful rate of first aid and nursing satisfaction.Results The effect was significantly superior to aid in treatment group,the difference between the two groups significantly,P〈0.05; observation and nursing satisfaction were95%,85% in the control group,the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups significantly,P〈0.05.Conclusions Strengthening the hospital in patients with acute cerebral vascular disease fast,safe emergency care,can effectively shorten the treatment time for patients,the treatment and recovery of great significance,should pay attention to emergency nurses.
