摘  要:目的了解四川省2013年放射工作人员个人剂量水平,评价放射防护状况。方法采用热释光剂量测量方法对2013年全省从事放射工作人员进行监测,并对其结果分析评价。结果全省共监测10 775人,人均年有效剂量为1.04 m Sv·a^-1,集体有效剂量为11.24人·Sv,年人均有效剂量小于1 m Sv·a^-1的人员占91.6%,小于2 m Sv·a^-1的人员占97.4%,有2.58%的人员超过2 m Sv·a^-1,有0.38%的人员超过5 m Sv·a^-1,有18人在10-13 m Sv·a^-1。工业应用类人员的年人均有效剂量高于医学应用类差异有统计学意义(t〈96.27,P〈0.01)。结论四川省放射工作人员个人剂量水平远低于国家规定的剂量限值20 m Sv·a^-1,工作条件和环境是安全的,但放射防护工作仍有待进一步提高。Objective To analyze the individual dose in radioactive practitioner in Sichuan province in 2013 and to evaluate the protection status. Methods With thermoluminescence dosimetry method,the radioactive practitioners in the province were examined in 2013 and the results were analyzed and evaluated. Results A total of 10 775 individuals were monitored. The annual average effective dose was 1. 04 m Sv·a^-1 and the collective effective dose was 11. 24 person·Sv. The proportion of practitioners with effective dose less than 1 m Sv·a^-1 accounted for 91. 6% of the total and that of less than 2 m Sv·a^-1 accounted for 97. 4%. Those with dose surpassed 5 m Sv·a^-1 accounted for 0. 38% of the total practitioners and 18 practitioner had a dose in 10-13 m Sv·a^-1. The annual average dose in industrial application was more than that in medical application( t〈96. 27,P〈0. 01). Conclusion The individual dose in radioactive practitioners in Sichuan are far below the national limit of 20 m Sv·a^-1 as a whole,indicating that the working condition is safe,yet the protection measures need further improvement.
