摘 要:随着电力系统的快速发展,电能表运行数量急剧增加。在电能表接线现场作业中,由于人为疏忽,有时会造成电能表接线错误,电能表接线错误可能会引起短路故障,影响到用户的用电安全、电力设备和安装人员的安全以及电力公司的服务质量。在单相两线、三相四线、三相三线有功电能表接线原理的基础上,对各电能表接线错误引起的接地短路、两相短路及三相短路故障进行了分析,阐述其对电能表及其元器件、电压互感器、变压器、接地线造成的危害,同时,从管理、技术角度提出了因电能表接线错误造成短路故障的防范措施。With the fast development of power system, the amount of operating electric energy meter is increasing rap- idly. For the on-site wiring of electric energy meter, incorrect connection which may cause short-circuit fault could oc- cur sometimes by human negligence. Once the short-circuit fault of electric energy meter appeared, safety of electric power consumers, electric power equipments and installing persons and the service quality of electric power company would be influenced. Based on the wire connection principle of single phase two wires, three phases four wires, and three phases three wires active electric energy meter, ground faults, two-phase short-circuit faults and three-phase short-circuit faults caused by incorrect connection of electric energy meter were analyzed in this paper. The hazards to the electric energy meter and its components,TV, transformer and ground wire were illustrated. Meanwhile,the pre- caution measures for the short-circuit faults caused by incorrect connection of electric energy meter were proposed from management and technology point of view.
