摘　　要：文章介绍了软水密闭循环冷却系统在包钢4 150 m3高炉的应用。该系统使高炉冷却系统实现全软水冷却,生产中通过冷却系统的温度、进出口流量、水温差、以及脱气膨胀罐的液位的合理控制、冷却壁热负荷变化对炉况进行判断,满足高炉强化冶炼的要求,并达到高炉长寿的目的。In the paper,the applications of airtight circulating cooling system for soft water on 4 150 m3 blast furnace of Baotou Steel are introduced. The system could make the cooling system of blast furnace realize cooling with soft water. In productions,the furnace practices could be judged through temperature of cooling system,rate of flow of inlet and outlet,differences in water temperature,reasonable control of liquid level for expansion degassing tank as well as changes of thermal load for cooling stave,which could meet the requirements of strengthening smelting for blast furnaces so that the service life of blast furnace could be prolonged.
