摘  要:采用离线热处理方式对包钢生产的U75V钢轨进行热处理试验研究。结果表明,热处理后钢轨抗拉强度≥1 230 MPa,伸长率≥10%,踏面硬度≥370 HB,组织无异常,为细珠光体。钢轨其它各项性能稳定,满足预期技术指标要求。In the paper,the rails manufactured with offline heat treatment by Baotou Steel are studied. The results show that the tensile strength of rails after heat treatment is not less than 1 230 MPa,elongation is not less than 10% and surface hardness is not less than 370 HB as well as the microstructure is normal fine pearlite. The performances are stable,which could meet the expected requirements of technical indicators.
