摘　　要：分析了5种不同形状辐板重载货车车轮在长大坡道中进行循环制动的温度场和应力场。运用ANSYS分别仿真5种不同形状辐板车轮仅受温度场载荷的应力场,仅受机械载荷的应力场和前面两者叠加情况的应力场,并比较计算结果。分析结果表明在这3种情况中,S形辐板车轮综合能力最好。The temperature and stress field of wheels with different shapes of web plates have been simulated under the condition of long ramp way cycle breaking. The stress field of the five kinds of wheels has been simulated when only the thermal load affects, only the mechanic load affects and both loads affect. The results show that the comprehensive capabilities of wheel with S-shaped web plate is the best.
