摘  要:针对配电网的电能质量及短路电流问题,提出一种新型电能质量控制装置(a Novel Power Quality Controller),可实现对电网电压暂升、暂降、三相电压不平衡和短路故障限流的功能。分析了NPQC中并联变流器与串联变流器的PWM控制方式和反并联晶闸管的短路控制方式;研究了NPQC的电压质量补偿特性和限流特性;描述了NPQC在电压质量补偿状态与短路故障限流状态下的能量流动。最后通过仿真分析验证了新型电能质量控制装置的可行性。In view of the power quality of network and short circuit current,a novel power quality controller( NPQC) is proposed in this paper,which can compensate voltage swells,sags,imbalance and limit short-circuit fault current. The PWM control method of the parallel and series converter in NPQC were researched,and the short circuit control method of bidirectional thyristor was presented as well,Based on which,the characteristics of compensation voltage quality and limiting fault current of NPQC were analyzed.Energy flow characteristics of NPQC in state of compensation voltage quality and short circuit fault current limiting are illustrated in detail. Finally,simulation results validate the feasibility of power quality control device.
