摘　　要：针对港口起重机起升机构制动器制动性能测试方法标准要求的动载试验、静载试验方法,对制动器设计、试验标准及新制动器摩擦块的摩擦特性进行探讨,提出制动性能的试验应在摩擦块与制动盘之间充分的磨合之后进行。This paper makes an approach to the brake design,the test criteria and the friction characteristic between new braking friction blocks according to the requirements of dynamic or static loads testing methods from the testing criteria for braking performance of brakes in hoisting mechanism of port crane,and then points out that the test about braking performance should be done after the adequate running-in between the friction block and braking disk.
