摘 要:为研究头部形状对半穿甲战斗部侵彻性能的影响,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对不同头部形状半穿甲战斗部侵彻薄钢板进行数值模拟,并分析着角与攻角对3种不同头部形状半穿甲战斗部剩余动能与弹体偏转的影响。结果表明:垂直侵彻时,卵头弹与尖头弹侵彻性能优于钝头弹,而钝头弹能使靶板产生更大的变形;斜侵彻时,着角与攻角会使弹体发生偏转,尖头弹与卵头弹侵彻性能随着角的增加而降低,钝头弹呈先增大后减小趋势,同时小角度的攻角有利于提高弹体的侵彻性能且对弹体偏转有一定的修正作用。以上结论对半穿甲战斗部头部设计、着靶姿态的确定具有一定的参考价值。In order to study the effect of semi-armor-piercing warhead's nose shapes on the projectile penetration,the process of the different nosed warheads penetrating into thick steel target are analyzed with the ANSYS / LS-DYNA software,and the effects of impact angle and attack angle on the remaining kinetic energy and deflection of the projectiles with different nose shape warheads are analyzed. The research results indicate that the penetrating performance of the oval-nosed and conical-nosed projectile are better than the blunt-nosed projectile when projectiles penetrating the thin steel target vertically,while the blunt-nosed projectile makes a greater target deformation. Impact angle and attack angle will make the projectile deflects when oblique penetrating,and the penetrating performance of oval-nosed and conical nosed projectile decrease with increasing impact angle,while blunt-nosed projectile increases first and then decreases with the larger impact angle. The little attack angle will improve the projectile's penetrating performance and have certain correction effect on the deflection angle in the process of penetration. Above conclusions are meaningful for warhead's nose shape design,determining projectile's penetrating attitude.
