摘 要:目的为了更好地评价畸形发展,寻找一种准确和可重复测量脊柱长度的方法。方法基于X线平片的数码图片,通过选取每个椎骨的四个顶点,确定整个脊柱的中线,将中线上点的距离和作为脊柱长度。应用本文方法和医生手工测量方法,随机选取三名被试进行5次重复测量,计算本文方法及两名医生手工测量结果的均值和标准差,从而评价本文方法的准确性和可重复性。结果应用本文的方法脊柱长度的测量结果(x珋±s)分别为50.94±0.035,58.15±0.042,52.74±0.037,通过比较发现本文方法测量结果与医生手工测量结果非常相近,但本文方法多次测量结果的标准差低。结论本文提出的脊柱长度测量方法准确性高、可重复性好,将对预测脊柱畸形的研究起到重要作用。Objectlve To explore an accurate and repeatable measurement method for splne length for better evaluatlng the deformlty of adolescent ldlopathlc scollosls( AlS).Methods Based on the dlgltal photo of X-ray radlograph,four vertex polnts were selected from each vertebra,then the polnts on the centerllne of splne were obtalned.The splnal length was calculated from the polnts on the center llne.Then,three subjects of adolescent ldlopathlc scollosls were randomly selected,and the splnal length was repeatedly measured flve tlmes wlth our method and doctor's manual method,respectlvely.Based on these measurement,the mean value and standard devlatlon were calculated and used to evaluate the accuracy and repeatablllty.Results The measured results( x± s) of three subjects Using our method were 50.94 ± 0.035,58.15 ± 0.042,52.74 ± 0.037.The splne length measured by our method was very close to doctor's manual results,whlle the standard devlatlon of repeatable measurement was lower by our method.Concluslon The proposed method ln thls study ls accurate and repeatable,and lt may be useful to evaluate the progresslon of AlS.
