摘 要:将甲烷氧化偶联制乙烯的催化剂按催化剂的组成特征分为Na WMn O/Si O2类、ABO3(A和B为金属离子)型钙钛矿类、Li/MgO类和RexOy(Re为稀土元素)类4种,分别从催化剂组成、制备方法及催化性能方面总结了近十年来这4类催化剂的研究进展。同时对于其他一些新提出或研究较少的催化剂体系也做了概述。统计了200篇参考文献中880组甲烷氧化偶联制乙烯反应的结果,经分析认为,近十年来甲烷氧化偶联制乙烯催化剂的研究虽取得了一些新的成果,研究范围也更加广泛和深入,但从催化性能,尤其是从C2单程收率看,仍未有大的突破。在以氧气或空气为氧化剂时,在填充固定床反应器中测试的催化性能,最高的C2单程收率仍在25%左右。Catalysts for the oxidative coupling of methane were divided into following types based on their compositions : NaWMnO/SiO2, ABO3 ( A, B : metal ions) with perovskite structure, Li/ MgO and RexOy(Re: rare earth). The studies on the catalysts for the last ten years are reviewed in the respects of compositions, preparations and catalytic performances. Some results are attained according to the analysis of 880 sets of data from about 200 references. It is considered that the studies on the catalysts have been get some new advances but no excellent progresses or breakthroughs in the catalytic performances especially in per pass C2 hydrocarbon yields. The best of results in terms of C2 yield obtained in packed fixed bed reactor using air or oxygen as oxidant were about 25 %.
