病理生理学教学中循证医学结合案例教学法的应用与探索

摘　　要：目的:探索循证医学结合案例教学法(EBM+CBL)对病理生理学教学效果的影响。方法:从问卷调查、笔试和病例讨论成绩对教学效果进行评价。结果:绝大多数学生认为EBM+CBL优于传统教学;进行EBM+CBL的学生的笔试和病例讨论成绩高于传统教学的学生成绩。结论:EBM+CBL有助于提高教学效果。To explore the influence of evidence-based medicine combining with case-based learning （EBM ＋ CBL） on the teaching effect we respectively applied traditional teaching method and EBM ＋ CBL in the pathophysiology teaching process of grade 2011 students. We compared the teaching effect from questionnaire survey, the written test and case discussion results. Results showed that most students accepted EBM ＋ CBL, and the grades of students who used EBM ＋ CBL were higher than students who were applied with traditional teaching method. EBM ＋ CBL is helpful to improve teaching effect.
