摘　　要：图书馆口述文献工作受到版权法的影响和调整。这项工作不仅具有版权角色多元化、版权利益关系复杂的特征,而且在口述资料采集、整理、传播与再利用等环节都存在着版权责任风险。防范和化解法律风险的办法包括:重视版权保护制度建设、通过版权合同规范版权主体之间的权利和义务关系、加强版权技术保护措施的应用、提高图书馆员保护版权的素养等。The library oral documentation collection work is affected and adjusted by the copyright law. The Copyright issues in the oral documentation collection management have the pluralistic particularity and complexity. The oral documentation collection work in libraries have copyright problems in the collection,the arrangement,the development and the utilization. Libraries should establish the perfect copyright management system and copyright crisis prevention mechanism. The measures consist of improving the copyright protection standard,engaging rights and obligations with copyright contracts,improving the copyright literacy of staff.
