摘　　要：疗养院社会化保障中的保洁管理工作是疗养院保障系统的一项重要任务,是疗养院管理者的重要职能之一,作者对本院保洁工作现状及存在的问题进行分析,如保洁员对疗养院保洁工作内容认识不足,保洁员自身素质和能力不足,缺乏有效的保洁管理监督激励机制等;提出对保洁工作管理的组织与领导、素质与培训、制定质量标准,加强监管力度,制定保洁工作制度,规范保洁工作程序,加强保洁工作知识培训及职业道德教育,落实绩效考核制度,建立激励机制等对策,探索保洁管理新路,树立保洁工作新理念,运用先进的技术,对于建设现代化疗养院具有意义。The cleaning management of socialized support is an important task for the support system of sanatorium, is one of the important functions of the sanatorium manager .The author analyzed the present situation of our cleaning work and existing problems , such as insufficient understanding of sanatorium cleaning work content , cleaner’s own quality and ability is insufficient , and lack of effective cleaning management supervision and incentive mechanism.The author also put forward some countermeasures such as for cleaning work management organization and leadership, quality and training, quality standards, strengthening supervision, formulating cleaning system, standardizing the procedures of cleaning work , strengthening the cleaning job knowledge training and professional ethics education, carrying out the performance appraisal system and establishing incentive mechanism .Exploring the new way cleaning management , setting up the cleaning work of new concept , using the advanced technology, all have profound significance for construction of modern sanatoriums .
