摘　　要：现阶段我国少数民族政治文化多样复杂,政治文化差异造成的矛盾和冲突加剧,给中华民族建设、族际交往、国民政治文化的培育带来了困境,所以亟需对少数民族政治文化进行协调与整合。在求同存异的价值选择下,通过新的民族政治过程和政治社会化过程,提升少数民族政治文化间的共同特征,协调少数民族与汉族,整合少数民族与中华民族的政治文化关系,以期提升中华民族的同一性和整体性,维系中华民族的多元一体格局。At this stage,the political cultures of ethnic groups in our country are diverse and complex and the differences in political cultures aggravate the conflicts and tensions,which brings dilemma for the construction of Chinese nation,ethnic interaction,and the national political culture. It is urgent to coordinate and integrate with these complex political cultures of ethnic minorities. Under the condition of achieving agreement and approving disagreement,the agreement can be improved so that the relationship between ethnic groups and Han people can be coordinated and the relationship between ethnic groups and Chinese people can be integrated thus the integrity and agreement of Chinese people can be obtained through the national political process and political social process.
