AO特殊钢板与传统钢板在肢体近关节骨折中应用的比较

摘　　要：目的比较AO型特殊钢板与传统钢板在治疗肢体近关节骨折中的疗效差异。方法回顾性分析2011年2月—2013年8月收治的200例肢体近关节骨折患者的临床资料及随访资料,分为AO特殊钢板组(AO组)和传统钢板组(传统组)各100例,比较两组患者的术后住院情况、术后并发症及疗效差异。结果 AO组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、固定松动率均显著的低于传统组(P<0.05);术后第6、9、12个月AO组骨关节功能评分均显著高于同期传统组(P<0.05);末次随访AO组的骨关节功能评定优良率显著高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论 AO型特殊钢板较传统钢板在治疗肢体近关节骨折方面具有能够缩短住院时间、促进患者关节功能恢复等优势。Objective To compare curative effects of AO special plates and traditional steel plates in treatment of juxta-articular fracture of limbs. Methods Clinical and follow-up data of 200 patients with juxta-articular fracture of limbs during February 2011 and August 2013 was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into AO special steel plates group（ AO group,n = 100） and traditional steel plates group（ traditional group,n = 100）,and postoperative hospitalization,complications and curative effect in the two groups were compared. Results The values of operation time,length of hospital stay,fracture healing time and fixed loose rate in the AO group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group（ P〈0. 05）. The joint function scores in 6^th,9^th and 12^th month after the operation in AO group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group at the same period（ P〈0. 05）. The fine rate of joint function during the last follow-up period in the AO group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion AO special plates in treatment of juxta-articular fracture of limbs can better reduce the time of hospital stay and promote the length of stay recovery of joint function compared with those of traditional steel plates.
