月经周期对歼击机女飞行员辨色力的影响

摘　　要：目的研究歼击机女飞行员月经周期中不同时相的辨色力变化情况。方法应用Far nswor th-Munsell100(FM 100)色棋检查10名歼击机女飞行员、10名普通女性及10名歼击机男飞行员辨色力的变化,记录女性月经周期第2天(行经时相)、第10天(卵泡时相)、第22天(黄体时相)及男飞行员的色觉总错误分值。应用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行计量资料的单因素方差分析、独立样本t检验。结果月经周期相同时相中,女飞行员与普通女性的色觉总错误分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);无论是女歼击机飞行员还是普通女性,卵泡时相的色觉总错误分值最小,但任意两时相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);女性(女飞行员和普通女性)任意月经周期时相中的色觉总错误分值均小于男飞行员,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论歼击机女飞行员在月经周期中卵泡时相的辨色力略好于其他两时相,女性飞行员辨色力好于男性飞行员。Objective To investigate the changes ofthe chromatic discrimination in female fighter pilots during different phases ofthe menstrual cycle. Methods Ten female fighter pilots, ten normal women ofreproductive age and ten male fighter pilots were recruited to investigate color discrimination. Color vision was tested with the Farnsworth-Munsell 100-hue arrangement test, and the test offemale was administered at 3 time points： the second day ofthe cycle（menstrual phase）, the 10 th day ofthe cycle（ovulation phase）, and the twenty-second day ofthe cycle（luteal phase）. The Testing Error Score（TES）was observed. One-way ANOVA analysis and independent-samples t-test were used to analyze the data with SPSS 16.0 software package. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the Testing Error Score（TES）ofthe same phase ofmenstrual cycle between female fighter pilots and normal women（P〈0.05）. Few testing error scores were found at ovulation compared to the menstrual phase or the luteal phase ofthe menstrual cycle between female fighter pilots and normal women, but it was ofno statistically significant differences at any point ofthe cycle（P〈0.05）. The TES offemale was less than that ofmale at any point ofthe cycle. Conclusions Color discrimination was slightly better at ovulation than the other two phases ofthe menstrual cycle in female fighter pilots. Color discrimination offemale pilots was better than that ofmale pilots.
