中药参松养心胶囊治疗老年人室性期前收缩的疗效及其安全性

摘　　要：目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗老年人室性期前收缩的临床疗效和安全性。方法老年(>65岁)冠心病伴室性期前收缩患者(>30 h-1)132例,随机分为2组。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组(64例)采用心律平治疗,治疗组(68例)采用参松养心胶囊治疗,疗程均为8周。比较2组治疗后的疗效及治疗前后24 h动态心电图室性期前收缩数量。动态心电图期前收缩数量减少50%为临床好转。结果治疗组室性期前收缩总有效率为88.2%,对照组为73.5%,2组治疗后室性期前收缩疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.810,P<0.05)。治疗组临床症状总有效率为89.7%,对照组为76.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.030,P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊治疗老年冠心病伴发室性期前收缩可有效减少室性期前收缩数量,且无明显不良反应。Objective Toobserve the therapeutic effect and safety ofShensongyangxin capsule on senile arrhythmia. Methods 132 cases ofelderly（〉65 years old） in patients with coronary hear t disease and vent ricular preture be at（〉30 h^-1）, we rerandomly divided into 2 group s： propa fe none in the treatment group（6 4 ca se s）, Shensongyangxin capsule treatment group（68 cases）. The treatment course was 8 weeks, before and after the treatment of24 h dynamic electrocardiogram room prematurenumber. The number ofdynamic ECG beats was 50% reduction for clinical improvement. Results The total effective rate ofPremat ure ventricular contractions in treatment group was 88.2%, which was 73.5% in control group. There was a significant difference between two groups（ χ^2=6.810,P〈0.05）. The total effective rate ofclinal symptoms in treatment group was 89.7%, which was 76.6% in control group. There was a sig nificant difference bet ween t wo g roups（ χ^2=7.030,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shensong yang xi n capsule combi ned wit h wester n d r ugs is safe, si mple a nd effect ive i n t reat i ng sem ile vent r icula r premat u re beat caused by corona r y atherosclerotic heart disease.
