摘 要:剪力件是组合梁桥中钢腹板和混凝土上下翼缘板连接的关键构造,研究开孔波折板剪力件的力学性能是该种连接件设计的关键环节。通过38个开孔波折板剪力件试件及8个开孔板(PBL)剪力件对比试件的静载推出试验,研究考虑不同参数影响的开孔波折板剪力件静载作用下的受力性能,并给出开孔波折板剪力件屈服承载力及极限承载力计算公式。研究结果表明:开孔波折板剪力件推出试验过程可以划分为外荷载达到屈服承载力之前的线性阶段、荷载由屈服承载力增加到极限承载力的塑性阶段以及破坏阶段;影响开孔波折板剪力件抗剪承载能力的主要参数为混凝土强度等级、开孔孔径、贯穿钢筋面积、开孔板厚度等。同等条件下,开孔波折板剪力件抗剪承载力比PBL剪力件提高约1.5倍;给出的计算公式物理意义明确,其计算结果与本文试验结果吻合较好,可用于开孔波折板剪力件的设计计算。Shear connector is the key structure to connect the steel girder to concrete flange plate in composite girder bridge,the key link in the design of the corrugated rib connector is the study of its mechanical properties.In order to investigate the mechanical properties of perforated corrugated plate shear connectors influenced by different parameters under static load,38 specimens and 8PBL contrast specimens were tested in the push-out test under static load.The results show that the test process of the perforated corrugated plate shear connectors can be approximately divided into the elastic stage,the plastic stage and the failure stage;the main factors influencing the carrying capacity of the perforated corrugated plate shear connectors are concrete strength,the open area of the steel plate,perforated rebar cross-sectional area,and the thickness of perforated plate.Under the same conditions,perforated corrugated plate shear connectors ultimate shear capacity of is improved about 1.5times than that of PBL shear connectors;new bearing capacity formula of perforated corrugated plate shear connectors on the basis of the experiments gives definite physical meaning,and the calculated results got from theformula is close to test results.The formula can be used for the design and calculation.
