警察出庭作证的策略与技巧

摘　　要：随着2012年新刑事诉讼法的实施,警察出庭作证由过去的偶尔为之变成了一种常态化机制。但实践中受观念意识、经验技巧等自身能力因素的影响,警察出庭作证并未达到立法的预期效果。警察应加强对出庭作证能力的培训和锻炼,使其转变观念意识,掌握应答策略,熟悉出庭用语,了解法庭礼仪,真正做好应对出庭作证挑战的准备。With the implementation of the new criminal procedure law, the police＇s testifying in court haschanged from an occasional situation to be a normal mechanism. But, it didn＇t achieve the desired effect oflegislation since it was influenced by some concepts, consciousness, experience and skills. So, this articlesuggests the police should have more training and exercise to enhance their testifying ability, so that they canmaster some strategies, learn about the language and decorum in court, and get well prepared for the challengeof testifying in court.
