摘  要:近年来,高校改革尤其是高校"去行政化"已成为社会各界共同关注的热点问题,由于以往的高校行政管理体制模式僵化,弊端百出,"去行政化"是大势所趋。那么,高校领导者应如何面对这一现实状况,适应时代改革潮流呢?高校"去行政化"给领导者提出了明显的要求,要端正态度,摒弃不良之风,手中的权力要在有限的范围内行使,塑造自身的非权力性影响力就成为了必然之择,只有这样才能在广大师生中树立自己的威信,让学校形成一股合力,推动学校的有效运转。In recent years, the reform of colleges especially "De-administration"has become the hot topic in the society.Because the previous rigid administrative system pattern in colleges has defects,"De-administration"is an irresistable trend.So college leaders should know how to face the reality to adapt to the era of reform tide? The "De-administration"of colleges puts forward clear requirements as follows: leaders must correct attitude and abandon the adverse wind, and perform their power in a limited scope. Shaping their own non-power influence becomes the inevitable choice, only in this way can set up their own authority in the general teachers and students, let schools to form a resultant force, and promote the effective operation of the school.
