碘伏联合康复新液辅助治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨0．5％碘伏局部涂抹联合康复新液含漱治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。【方法】将本院确诊为急性化脓扁桃体炎134例患儿作为研究对象，以数字法随机分为治疗组（67例）和对照组（67例）。治疗组在抗菌治疗基础上使用0．5％碘伏局部涂抹和康复新液含漱治疗，对照组单用抗菌药治疗，比较两组的治疗疗效。【结果】治疗组患儿体温下降至正常、脓性分泌物消失、局部充血减退及临床症状消失、白细胞恢复正常和抗生素治疗时间均较对照组短，且两组相比较差异有显著性（均 P ＜0．05）。【结论】应用0．5％碘伏联合康复新液作为急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿辅助治疗效果显著，值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of 0 .5% iodine volts plus Kangfuxin liquid gargling in the auxiliary treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis .[Methods]A total of 134 patients with acute purulent tonsillitis at our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were recruited and randomly divided into treatment （ n =67） and control （ n =67） groups .Treatment group received antimicrobial regimen and local daubing of 0 .5% iodine volts plus Kangfuxin liquid gargling while control group antimicrobial regimen alone . And the treatment outcomes of two groups were compared .[Results] In treatment group ,body temperature dropped down to normal ,purulent secretion and local congestion resolved loss and clinical symptoms disap‐peared ,white blood cells returned to normal and antibiotic treatment time was shorter than control group .And there were significant inter‐group differences （all P〈0 .05） .[Conclusion] The clinical efficacy of 0 .5% iodine volts plus Kangfuxin liquid is remarkable in the auxiliary treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsilli‐tis .And it is worthy of wider clinical popularization .
