黄芪扶正汤对老年人血清SOD、LPO水平的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察黄芪扶正汤对老年人血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、过氧化脂质（LPO）水平的影响。【方法】选择在本院体检的健康老年人100例（年龄＞60岁），按入院体检先后随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组50例，服用黄芪扶正汤剂300 m L ，每天分两次服用，每次150 m L ，用药8周。对照组50例，肌注卡介菌多糖核酸注射液每次0．35 mg ，隔天1次，用药8周。采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA ）检测两组研究对象血清 SOD、LPO 水平。【结果】观察组干预后血清 SOD 水平明显高于干预前，LPO 水平明显低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。对照组血清SOD、LPO水平与干预前后相比无明显改变（ P ＞0．05）。【结论】黄芪扶正汤具有提高老年人抗氧化损伤、抗衰老作用。[Objective]To explore the effects of Huang Qi Fu Zheng Tang on the levels of superoxide dis‐mutase （SOD） and lipid peroxidase （LPO） in elders .[Methods] A total of 100 elders aged over 60 years were en‐rolled and divided randomly into observation and control groups （ n=50 each） .The observation group took Huan‐gqi Fuzheng Tang 300 mL/day while the control group received an intramuscular injection of Bacillus Calmette Guerin‐polysaccharide‐nucleic acid （BCG‐PSN） l mg once every other day for 8 weeks .Before and after treatment , the levels of SOD and LPO were examined by enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） .[Results] In obser‐vation group ,the post‐treatment serum levels of SOD were obviously higher （ P 〈0 .05） while the levels of LPO lower than their pre‐treatment counterparts （ P〈0 .05） .However ,the pre and post‐treatment levels of SOD and LPO had no obvious changes in control group （ P〉 0 .05） .[Conclusion] Huangqi Fuzheng Tang may enhance the anti‐oxidative damage capability of elders .
