摘 要:利用稳定同位素技术,对海南清澜港4种不同栖息位置的红树林软体动物的食物来源进行研究,分别为栖息于红树植物枝干和树叶上的粗糙滨螺(Littorina scabra)、栖息于沉积物表面的红树拟蟹守螺(Cerithidea rhizophorarum)和小翼拟蟹守螺(Cerithidea microptera),以及栖息于沉积物底内的红树蚬(Geloina coaxans)。根据红树植物树皮、叶片、大型藻类、海草、水体颗粒有机物、土壤表层沉积物和软体动物肌肉的δ13C和δ15N值,利用IsoSource统计软件,结合δ13C、δ15N位置图,研究其食物来源。结果显示,实验所选取的6种食物源都不是粗糙滨螺的主要食物;红树拟蟹守螺和小翼拟蟹守螺的主要食物都为大型藻类,食物贡献率分别为44%~80%和80%;红树蚬主要取食沉积物表层凋落的红树植物碎屑,树皮和叶片的食物贡献率都为26%~50%。红树林软体动物能够根据栖息生境选择适合自己的食物,摄食行为与红树林区生境的多样性相统一。Food sources of 4 kinds of mangrove molluscs, the gastropods Littorina scabra, Cerithidea rhizophorarum, Cerithidea microptera and bivalve Geloina coaxans from different microhabitats at Qinglangang, Hainan Province were identified using stable isotope analysis. Littorina scabra inhabits the branches and leaves of mangrove trees, Cerithidea rhizophorarum and Cerithidea microptera use the sediment surface, while Geloina coaxans buries in surface sediment. The δ13C and δ15N values of mangrove plant(leaves or bark), macroalgae,seagrass, particulate organic matter, surface sediment and muscle of mollusks were measured and δ13C, δ15N scatter plots and the statistical software Iso Source were used to analyze the contribution of each food source.The results indicated that neither of the foods we selected was the main food of Littorina scabra, macroalgae was the main food both for Cerithidea rhizophorarum and Cerithidea microptera, contributing 44%-80% and80% of the total food assimilated respectively. The main food of Geloina coaxans is fragment of mangrove trees, both the bark and leaf fragments were contributed 26%-50% of the total foods. Mangrove molluscs can utilize a variety of palatable foods available in their microhabitats and their feeding preference reflects the trophic diversity of mangrove habitats.
