摘　　要：目的：分析探讨护理干预对社区糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响。方法选取于2014年4月～2014年9月期间本社区负责管理的40例糖尿病患者，根据护理方式的不同将患者随机分为两组对常规护理和护理干预的效果进行对照研究。结果观察组患者在饮食控制、合理锻炼、监测血糖、用药依从性以及自我监测等遵医行为方面显著优于对照组，两组数据对比差异显著，治疗有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对社区糖尿病患者采取护理干预能够大大提高患者的遵医行为，对提高临床治疗效果以及患者的生活质量有着极其重要的作用和意义，值得在临床实践中推广使用。Objective To analyze nursing intervention impact on diabetes patients’compliance behavior. Methods Choose 40 diabetes patients who are treated in community from April 2014 to September 2014 and separate them into two groups at random according to different nursing approaches which are given conventional nursing and nursing intervention and then compare these two nursing impacts on patients’compliance behavior between two groups. Results Patients’compliance behaviors in study group are much more favorable than counterparts in control group in terms of their dietary control, proper exercise,blood-sugar administration,medication compliance and self-monitoring; there is a differential between two groups and such a result has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention is conducive to improving patients’behavior compliance,increasing clinical treatment efficacy and promoting patients’quality of life;thus,nursing intervention is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y.
