青霉素过敏反应及对皮试结果判断的体会

摘　　要：目的对青霉素过敏反应及对皮试结果的判断予以探究。方法选取我院2013年收治80例患者进行青霉素皮试,观察其皮肤反应和患者反应,并对皮试结果予以判断。结果经过青霉素皮试后,通过对皮丘、红肿状况、头晕、面色等症状的分析,判断患者对青霉素的反应是呈阴性还是阳性。结论在青霉素过敏反应及对皮试结果判断中,通过过敏试验和对过敏原理的分析,可有效减少临床上过敏症状的出现,需通过不断的探究。Objective Allergic reaction to penicillin and judgment experience of skin test results are to be investigated. Methods Choose 80 patients who are treated in hospital in 2013 and have them tested with penicillin skin test to observe skin reaction as well as patients’reaction,and then make an assessment on skin test result. Results Making an analysis on symptoms of picchu and inflammation,dizziness and facial color after penicillin skin test to judge patients’reaction is negative or positive. Conclusion Allergic reaction to penicillin and judgment experience of skin test results show that the analysis on allergy test and allergic theory is effective to reduce clinical allergic symptom occurrence,which is still in need of exploration.
