双J管内引流术治疗肾积水的疗效探析

摘　　要：目的：探析双J管内引流术对肾积水的临床治疗效果。方法搜集2013年10月～2014年10月我院肾积水37例患者，按照就诊日期单双号分为两组。对观察组19例施行双J管内引流术，对对照组18例施行常规治疗。观察两组效果，并分析对比。结果与对照组相比，观察组治疗有效率较高（P〈0.05），并发症较少（P〈0.05），有显著差异。结论双J管内引流术治疗肾积水效果显著，有效率高，值得推广。Objective To explore clinical effect of double J tube drainage in treatment of hydronephrosis. Methods Choose 37 hydronephrosis patients who are treated in hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 and separate them into two groups according to their hospital visitation date number（odd number and even number）; 19 patients in study group are given double J tube drainage treatment,while 18 patients in control group are given conventional treatment;and then analyze and compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Compared to control group,treatment efficacy in study group is much higher;but complication incidence in study group is less;there is a differential between two groups and such a result has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Double J tube drainage is of high efficiency in treatment of hydronephrosis;thus,such a treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.
