摘　　要：目的研究奥硝唑注射液与常用注射液的配伍稳定性。方法对奥硝唑注射液与常用14种注射液配伍稳定性进行总结性分析。结果奥硝唑可与11种药物配伍使用,稳定性较好。与炎琥宁、阿魏酸钠和奥美拉唑配伍后出现沉淀,提示药物之间有配伍禁忌。结论奥硝唑与其他注射液配伍应用时应谨慎,保证配伍稳定性及安全用药。Objective Stability of compatibility between ornidazole injection and common injection is to be analyzed. Methods Make a summative analysis on stability of compatibility between ornidazole injection and other 14 kinds of common injection. Results Ornidazole injection is of stability to be compatible with 11 kinds of common injection; however,there is precipitation to be seen after combination between ornidazole injection with Yanhuning,sodium ferulate or omeprazole,which is taken as a sign of medication incompatibility. Conclusion It is required to be careful to get ornidazole injection combined with other kinds of infections,which is of importance to guarantee compatibility stability and medication safety.
