盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：对盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果进行研究。方法将我院于2014年4月～2015年1月收治的46例哮喘患儿随机分成对照组和治疗组，对阿奇霉素和盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗的临床效果进行对照研究。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，喘憋缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间等临床症状、体征消失时间显著短于对照组，差异显著，治疗有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿哮喘具有显著的临床疗效，具有起效快、疗程短以及快速控制症状等优点，值得在小儿哮喘的临床治疗上推广使用。Objective Clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin in treatment of children patients with asthma is to be investigated. Methods Choose 46 children patients of asthma who are treated in hospital from April 2014 to January 2015 and separate them into control group and study group at random which are given azithromycin treatment and ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin treatment respectively;and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’treatment efficiency in study group is much higher than treatment efficacy in control group; besides,patients’asthma relieving time,wheezing sound disappearance time and clinical coughing symptom disappearance time and il ness signs disappearance time in study group are much more favorable than counterparts in control group;there is a differential between two groups and such a result has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin is of efficacy in treatment of children patients with asthma;it boasts advantages of quick efficiency,short treatment course,and it is effective to prevent from symptoms degeneration,thus, such a medication treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied in treatment of children patients with asthma.
