阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗心肌梗塞的效果探析

摘　　要：目的：探究心肌梗塞患者采用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷综合治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年8月收治的35例心肌梗塞患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组19例患者给予阿司匹林和氯吡格雷的联合治疗，对照组16例患者给予阿司匹林的治疗，观察患者的治疗效果。结果实验组治疗有效率为94.74%，没有不良反应，对照组不良反应发生率为18.8%，治疗有效率为75.0%，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心肌梗塞患者采用阿司匹林和氯毗格雷的综合治疗，疗效显著，安全性高，并发症的发生率较低，可广泛应用于临床治疗中。Objective Treatment method of aspirin combined with clopidogrel medication and its effect in treatment of myocardial infarction are to be studied. Methods Choose 35 patients of myocardial infarction who are received and treated in hospital from April 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups at random;19 patients in study group are given aspirin combined with clopidogrel medication treatment;while 16 patients in control group are given aspirin medication treatment only,and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’treatment efficacy in study group is up to 94.74%without any side effect;while side-effect incidence and treatment efficacy in control group are 18.8%and 75.0%respectively;there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel medication is of efficacy and medication safety in treatment of myocardial infarction with few side effects; thus,such a medication treatment is quite worthwhile to be applied widespread in clinical treatment.
