摘　　要：为了对SPWM逆变电源进行可靠、有效的状态监测和故障诊断,分析了逆变器原理。选取EG8030主控芯片和EG3012驱动芯片,设计了基于SPWM控制的三相逆变硬件电路。逆变电路不仅能够实现逆变,而且可以通过设置IGBT的单管和双管开路故障,分析各相电流来判断开路故障类别。The reliable and effective status monitoring and fault diagnosis of SPWM inverter in the frequency control system are necessary.The principle of inverter was analyzed,and EG8030 and EG3012 were selected to design three-phase inverter hardware circuit based on SPWM control.The hardware circuit can not only realize the inverter circuit,but also set the inverter circuit fault through set the open-circuit fault of the IGBT single tube and double tube,by analyzing the phase current to determine open-circuit fault type.
