摘　　要：从实际应用需求出发,探讨某些场合可能仍需要在中性极过电流时断路器对线路保护的依据,以及三极断路器用于三相四线系统时可能产生的问题。同时提出了解决方案,指出使用四极断路器在满足安全性的同时,可实现隔离及普通四极断路器所具有的功能。最后提出了具有智能脱扣器的四极断路器。This paper discussed some evidence of that it still needs a circuit breaker to protect the circuit line when overload current flows through the neutral pole in these cases after investigating actual application needs,and also exposed some issue maybe occurred due to using three pole circuit breaker on three phase four lines system.A solution was proposed to reach isolation and other functions that normal four pole circuit breaker had without destroying safety,and the conveniency of using proposed four pole circuit breaker.
