摘　　要：针对木棉纤维的性能特点,采用常规棉纺生产工艺结合木棉和毛处理工艺,成功纺制出了毛巾用棉/木棉70/30 38.9tex竹节纱;以该纱为毛经纱,C18.2×2tex纱线为地经纱,在比利时毕加诺喷气织机上生产出了素缎刺绣毛巾织物。介绍了纺织染整生产各工序工艺条件和技术措施,测试了纱线和成品的性能指标;结果表明纱线各项指标均达到设计要求,毛巾质量良好,适合产品品种扩展。According to the performance characteristics of kapok fiber and using conventional cotton production technology combination with kapok and hair treatment process, the 70/30 cotton/kapok 38. 9 rex slub for towel fabric was successfully spun. The yarn satin embroidered towel fabrics were woven on Picanol jet of Belgium with the warp yarn for the hair and C18. 2×2 rex yarn for warp yarns. The each textile production process and technical measures for dyeing and finishing process were described. The performances of yarn and finished products were tested. The results showed that the indicators of yarns reached the design requirements and had good towels quality {or product variety expansion.
