摘  要:研究了深色灯芯绒织物的湿态摩擦规律及受力状况,比较了市售五种固色剂的固色效果,试制了固色剂SDA并进行了固色处理。结果表明,纬绒是影响摩擦牢度的主要因素,固色剂SD-A能提高深色灯芯绒织物的干态和湿态摩擦牢度2-3级;优化后的浸轧工艺参数为固色剂SD-A 60g/L,焙烘温度170℃,时间3min。The rules of the wet rubbing fastness and the stress conditions of deep dyed cotton corduroy fabric were studied. The fixation effects of five kinds of commercially available fixing agent were compared. A new kind of fixing angent SD-A was trial-pro- duced to improve the rubbing fastness of the deep color corduroy fabric. The results proved that the main factors affecting the rubbing fastness was velventine, and SD-A could increase the fastness 2 - 3 grade. The optimum technologic parameter of padding SD-A 60 g/L, curing the finished fabric at 170 ℃ for 3 rain.
