摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在围生期心肌病患者药物治疗中的作用。方法临床药师通过参与1例围生期心肌病患者的救治,根据患者的尿量、心率、血压及临床症状等指标,配合医生为患者提供最适宜的药物治疗方案。结果经合理优化治疗方案,患者未出现严重不良反应及并发症,病情稳定后带药出院。结论临床药师的参与可以使患者用药方案优化,通过与医生和患者的沟通,可以为临床提供需要的临床药学服务。Objective To discuss the role that clinical pharmacists play in perinatal cardiomyopathy patient with medication. Methods Through participating in the treatment for a perinatal cardiomyopathy patient,according to the patient＇s clinical symptoms,such as urine output,heart rate,blood pressure etc,the clinical pharmacist cooperated with doctors to provide the most appropriate medication for the patient. Results By means of reasonable optimization in treatment,no serious adverse reaction and complication was found. The patient discharged with medicine after the condition was stable. Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists contributes to optimizing the medicine scheme. Clinical pharmacists can offer clinical pharmacy services to meet the needs of the clinic through the communication with physicians and patients.
