摘　　要：目的分析盐酸纳美芬注射液在我院MICU病区的用药情况,规范盐酸纳美芬注射液的临床应用。方法制定盐酸纳美芬注射液使用调查表,使用美康PASS系统记录患者姓名、ID号、性别、年龄、临床诊断、使用情况等,对我院MICU病区的盐酸纳美芬注射液使用的合理性进行评价。结果我院MICU病区盐酸纳美芬注射液使用量呈急剧上升趋势,主要用于颅内血管性疾病、脓毒血症及肺部疾病和心脏疾病等患者,超说明书和超剂量使用的情况比较严重。结论目前,我院MICU病区盐酸纳美芬注射液的使用属于超说明书用法。临床科室超说明书用药情况需备案,确需超说明书用药时,医生和药师必须做到谨慎行事并充分履行告知义务。Objective To analyze and standardize the clinical application of nalmefene hydrochloride injection in M ICU ward of our hospital. Methods The questionnaire of nalmefene hydrochloride injection was established,and the PASS system was used to record the patient＇s name,ID number,gender,age,clinical diagnosis,usage. The rationality of clinical use of nalmefene hydrochloride injection in M ICU ward of our hospital was evaluated. Results The consumption of nalmefene hydrochloride injection use in M ICU ward of our hospital increased rapidly,and the injection mainly used for patients with intracranial vascular diseases,sepsis,lung disease and heart disease,the off-label use and overdose use became more serious. Conclusion The nalmefene hydrochloride injection use in M ICU ward of our hospital belongs to off-label use now. The off-label use in clinical departments should be recorded,and the physicians and pharmacists must carefully and fully fulfill the obligation when off-label use is needed.
