摘 要:报道了一种新型的制备温敏性互穿网络(IPN)纤维素水凝胶的方法.首先分别用马来酸糠酰胺(SFA)及N-丙氨酸基马来酰亚胺(AMI)对羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)进行修饰,合成了含有双烯体基团及亲双烯体基团的羟丙基甲基纤维素,即HPMC-SFA及HPMC-AMI,然后将HPMC-SFA、HPMC-AMI、单体N-异丙基丙烯酰胺、交联剂聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯及光引发剂溶解于水中,将溶液升温到50℃,通过Diels-Alder反应发生凝胶化,形成第一网络;接着在紫外光下,引发单体及交联剂的聚合,形成第二网络.通过FTIR、SEM、流变仪对形成的水凝胶进行表征.溶胀动力学性能研究表明,该水凝胶微球具有较好的溶胀性能,并且其溶胀度随温度的升高而降低.基于Diels-Alder反应及光聚合的优点,报道的制备IPN水凝胶的方法在生物材料的制备中具有广泛的应用前景.A novel method of preparing interpenetrating networks(IPN) hydrogels was reported. First,hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC) was modified by 3-[(furan-2-ylmethyl)carbamoyl] propanoic acid(SFA)and 2-maleimidopropionic acid(AMI) respectively to synthesize hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)containing diene group and dienophile group, i.e. HPMC-SFA and HPMC-AMI. Second,HPMC-AMI,HPMC-SFA,the monomer of N-isopropylacrylamide,the crosslinker of poly(ethyleneglycol) dimethacrylate and the photoinitiator were dissolved in water,and then temperature was increased to 50 ℃ and kept for 4.5 h to form a first network through Diels-Alder reaction. Third,the monometer and the crosslinker were exposed to the UV light and polymerized to form a second network. The hydrogels were characterized by FTIR, SEM and rheometer. The results of swelling dynamic performance study showed that the hydrogel microspheres had good swelling property,and the swelling degree was reduced as the temperature rose. Based on the advantages of Diels-Alder reaction and photopolymerization,the IPN hydrogels preparation method reported by the paper has wide application prospect in preparing biomaterials.
