摘　　要：[目的]探讨延续护理对心脏瓣膜置换术后病人出院后生存质量的影响。[方法]将46例心脏人工机械瓣膜置换术病人按随机数字表法分为观察组(23例)和对照组(23例)。对照组按常规治疗和护理,病人出院后给予常规出院指导;观察组在常规护理的基础上给予出院病人系统性延续护理1年,比较两组病人的药物依从性、并发症发生率、病人满意度及生存质量。[结果]观察组病人术后半年和1年的药物依从性、生存质量评分、病人满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症及不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]延续护理有助于提高心脏瓣膜置换术后病人药物依从性、病人满意度及生存质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective： To probe into the influence of continuity of care on quality of life of patients after cardiac valve replacement after discharged. Methods：A total of 46 cases of patients with mechanical heart valve replace- ment were randomly divided into observation group （23 cases） and control group （23 cases）. Patients in control group received routine treatment and nursing, and patients were given conventional discharge guidance after dis- charged;on the basis of routine nursing, the patients in observation group were given systematic continuity of care for 1 years, then to compare drug compliance,the incidence of complications, satisfaction and quality of life of patients between both groups. Results： The drug compliance,quality of life scores and patients＇ satisfaction in half a year and 1 year after operation in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ;complications and adverse reactions were lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The continuity of care can help to improve the drug compliance, patients＇ satisfaction and quality of life of patients after cardiac valve replacement, and reduce the incidence of complications.
