摘  要:[目的]分析639个体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期的随访结果。[方法]对进行体外受精-胚胎移植的516例病人,639个移植周期分别于术后14d、30d、孕期中、分娩期进行电话随访。[结果]IVF-ET周期妊娠率为59.62%,流产率为11.81%,异位妊娠率为2.10%,早产率为25.30%,其中双胎早产率45.63%,单胎早产率7.50%,多胎率为39.11%,活产率为96.49%,剖宫产率为73.78%,平均出生体重2.89kg,其中单胎妊娠平均出生体重3.09kg,双胎妊娠平均出生体重2.52kg,平均出生身长为49.81cm。[结论]IVF-ET有一定不良妊娠率,多胎妊娠率显著增加,导致高剖宫产率、高早产率以及低出生体重儿增加,必须引起生殖科医护人员的重视,建立完善的随访制度,确保随访到每例病人。Objective:To analyze the follow- up results of 639 in vitro fertilization- embryo transfer (IVF- ET) cycles. Methods:A total of 516 patients undergoing IVF - ET received telephone follow - up totally 639 transfer cycles respectively on postoperative 14th d, 30th d, during pregnancy and during childbirth period. Results: In IVF - ET cycle, pregnancy rate was 59.62 %, abortion rate was 11.81%, ectopic pregnancy rate was 2. I0 %, live birth rate was 96.49% ,cesarean section rate was 73.78%. The preterm birth rate was 9,5.30%,in which pre- term birth rate of twins was 45.63% ,preterm birth rate of single fetus was 7.50% ,preterm birth rate of multi fetus was 39.10%. The average birth weight was 2.89 kg, in which mean birth weight in singleton pregnancy was 3.09 kg,the average birth weight in twin pregnancy was 2.52 kg,the average birth length was 49.81 cm. Con- clusion:IVF- ET has some adverse pregnancy rate, multiple pregnancies rate has increased significantly, which leaded to high cesarean section rate, high rate of preterm birth and low birth weight children increased. These conditions must be payed attention to by health care in reproductive department, so as to establish and improve the follow - up system,to ensure the follow - up of every patient.
