摘　　要：运用Thomson Innovation、TDA和Excel软件,检索分析全球甲壳质领域专利。从总体、技术、区域和竞争对手4个角度制作和解读甲壳质专利竞争态势。发现:甲壳质正处于技术迅速发展时期;甲壳质技术重点在甲壳质多糖制备和医药配制品中的应用;甲壳质开发机构国外主要在企业,而中国主要在大学;甲壳质产学研合作水平较低。Using Thomson Innovation, TDA and Excel software, we search and analyze the world patents of chitin. From four aspects of the overall, technology, region and competitors, we make and interpret the patent map for chitin patent competition. Findings： chitin technology is in a period of rapid development; key technology application is located in chitin polysaccharide preparation and pharmaceutical preparations; chitin development institutions in foreign countries are mainly enterprises, and in China mainly Universities; industry cooperation is relatively low level in chitin.
