摘　　要：本文以企业海外技术监视哨这种技术竞争情报职能形式为研究对象,梳理了国外本领域的研究成果,对国外企业技术监视哨的类型及运作实例进行了介绍,指出了我国企业可兹借鉴的形式,最后提出了未来研究展望。Taking the overseas technology listening posts as a form of competitive technical intelligence functions in enterprises, the paper hackled the achievements abroad in this research area. The types and operation examples of listening posts in foreign enterprises were introduced, therefore lessons could be drawn from for domestic enterprises were pointed out, and finally the prospect of future research was put forward.
