夏枯草注射液对大鼠的长期毒性研究

摘　　要：为了解长期使用夏枯草注射液对机体的毒性反应,通过给大鼠肌内注射夏枯草注射液,在给药4周和停药2周内,观察大鼠一般行为活动等情况,进行血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,考察夏枯草注射液的长期毒性。结果显示,各组大鼠在给药期间和恢复期内,大鼠一般情况行为活动和粪便等均无异常变化,血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,均无明显变化。因此,连续大鼠肌内注射夏枯草注射液未见明显毒性反应,说明夏枯草注射液具有较高的临床用药安全性。In order to understand the toxic reaction and degree on organism of rats by long-term use of prunella vulgaris injection, so as to we can guide the longterm clinical medication safety. Rats were given prunella vulgaris injection by intramuscular route, at the end of 4 weeks and within 2 weeks, observing the general behaviour of rats, using techniques of hematology and biochemical experimental, investigating the long-term toxicity of prunella vulgaris injection. The results showed that the general conditions, activities and faeces of the rats that both in the dosing period and recovery period had no abnormal change, hematology, biochemical experiment and pathological examination of main organs had no obvious abnormal change. Therefore, continuous intramuscular injection of prunella vulgaris had no obvious toxicity, which showed the prunella vulgaris injection were safety.
