摘 要:铁路重载货车转向架是保证铁路重载运输的关键部件,目前已发展到40t轴重。载质量的增加和运行速度的提高导致轮轨损坏加剧,因此要求重载转向架具有低动力、准径向、低磨耗等特性,为实现上述特性,目前主要采取增加一系轴箱柔性弹性悬挂、侧架摆动、双作用常接触弹性旁承、非金属磨耗件等技术,且具有良好的实现效果。同时随着客户、环保等方面的需求,转向架降噪、轻量化、供电等技术的研究成为铁路货车重载转向架下一步新研究的方向。The railway heavy-haul freight car bogie is the key part to ensure the heavy-haul transportation, which has developed to the 40 axle load bogie at present. The increase of the load capacity and the operating speed lead to the worsening of the rail-track damage, so it is required for the heavy-haul bogie to have such features of low track force, radial direction, and low wear etc.. To realize the a- bove features, now it mainly adopts the technologies by adding one-stage journal box flexible elastic suspension, side frame swing, double-acting constant contact elastic side bearing and non-metal wear parts, which have a good realization. Besides, in the light of the requirement of the customer and the environment protection, such technologies as noise reduction, weight-lightening and power suppl- ying of the bogie will he researched in the next step.
