摘　　要：在英语学习困难生出席的大学英语课堂上,将培养学生的大胆表达、团队合作精神、文化素养、自省、自我规划和调节、毅力等非专业素质与语言学习活动紧密结合,在提高学生非专业素质的同时,激发其语言学习的动机,并努力长期维持学习动力,从而从根本上提高其英语语言素质。This paper is to probe into the ways to integrate promoting English quality of the non-English majors with English learning difficulties by developing their non-specialized caliber. In the English classroom context, diverse ways are employed to develop the non-English majors with English learning difficulties＇ non-specialized caliber such as being free to express themselves, team spirit, cultural quality, self-examination and so on. In the meantime, their language quality and motivation are promoted.
