高炉喷煤系统采用较小容积喷吹罐的探讨

摘　　要：本文结合国内外两个钢厂的实践，对高炉煤粉喷吹系统喷吹罐的倒罐周期的各阶段时间进行了分析并探讨了缩短各阶段时间的可能性以及带来的操作变化。实际操作数据和分析表明在保证喷吹能力和生产稳定性基础上，合理采用较小容积的喷吹罐配合性能可靠的设备是可以满足生产需要的。The different phase time of injection tank change of blast furnace pulverized coal injection system was analyzed and the feasibility of reduction of different phase time and the operation change were discussed according to two steel plants operation at home and abroad. The operation data and analysis shows that the operation requirement could be satisfied by rational adoption smaler injection tank and reliable matched equipment on the base of guarantee injection capacity and stable operation.
