摘 要:目的对介入教学模拟系统在训练介入医师肝动脉插管技能中的作用进行研究分析。方法通过介入教学模拟系统对36名介入医师进行培训,模拟训练30次后记录终试时间,并同初试时间进行对比分析。结果本次研究选取的36名介入医师通过介入教学模拟系统培训后均没有出现操作失误,合格率为100.00%。介入医师实施介入教学模拟系统培训后肝动脉插管操作总时间为(214.85±50.38)s显著短于实施介入教学模拟系统培训前的(384.65±76.71)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入教学模拟系统可显著提高介入医师操作水平和技术。Objective To intervene in the teaching simulation system in training physicians for hepatic artery catheterization skills in the role of research and analysis. Methods Through involvement in teaching simulation system for training of 36 interventional cardiologist, simulation training 30 times recorded after the final test of time, and with the first time carries on the contrast analysis. Results 36 interventional physicians in this paper through involvement in teaching simulation system after the training had no operational errors, the qualified rate is 100%. Interventional physician intervention training teaching system after hepatic artery catheterization total operation time simulation for(214.85±50.38)s was significantly shorter in the intervention teaching simulation system before the training(384.65±76.71)s, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Interventional teaching simulation system can significantly improve the interventional physician operation level and technology.
